HRR Behind the scenes
This past year, actor Jim Carrey released a children’s book titled, “How Roland Rolls.” The book has been beautifully illustrated by Rob Nason, an extremely talented acquaintance of mine I’ve met through a work relationship. Throughout the process of illustration, Rob documented the process from pen to paper all the way to print from some go pro footage. I was given this footage in addition to a track he enjoyed (we still cannot pin this artist down–if we could there would be credits associated with the video.) Those two items coupled together are what you see above–what really turned into a progress piece orcestrated to the beat of the music. I had a lot of fun working on this one and am grateful to Rob for letting me indulge.
